Andrew White They are essentially the same header pins that will come supplied with a pro-micro controller.
I used these to pair with female header strip, to make my controller removable from the PCB.
Note that these header pins are square shaped (which is typical), and do not fit into machined IC (a.k.a Swiss) female headers.
