RP2040 1.28 LCD is a low-cost, high-performance MCU board designed by Waveshare. Tiny size with onboard 1.28inch LCD round display, Li-ion battery recharge manager, 6-axis sensor (3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope) and so on, adapting all GPIO and Debug pins, which makes it easy for you to develop and integrate quickly.

Programming
Press and hold the BOOT button on the reverse of the controller and connect it to a computer. A file explorer will open ready for you to drop your u2f firmware onto it to. The controller will then reset and load the uploaded firmware.

Lewis Marhin Pretty powerful. Although I'm not expert on programming controllers, it was easy enough. Be aware that it expects uf2 files.
