Gateron Baby Kangaroo

My go-to for my last two builds after trying them in my numpad. They've got enough spring weight to avoid mistyping due to heavy fingers or sloppy moving between mouse and back, but not too heavy for all day use. Nice medium tactile feel, you can feel it if you lightly press but if you're mashing in a hurry, they don't get in the way.
Easy recommend.
Amazing on my plate-foam-only aluminium case and plate 65%. With a GMK set, the sound is ducklings running on hardwood.

These switches have a medium weight but feel very snappy, the P-shaped bump feels very satisfying. Factory lubing is good and feels very smooth and no pins were bent during shipping.

My holy grail of switches has been to find something with the profile of the chicklet keys on my ThinkPad X1 (very resistant early, firm early bump, not a freefall after), but with a better overall feel. While I haven't got them in a board yet, these switches feel pretty darn close. So, if you're looking for an MX switch with that feel, give these a go. If you want a low profile switch, the Sunset Tactile Chocs are awesome too.
