Where do you ship from?
We ship from Australia and offer pickup for local customers (please contact us for the booking link).
Orders ship worldwide via Australia Post or DHL and shipping options and costs can be seen at checkout before completing the order.
Shipping is very quick to most parts of the world (see estimated shipping times below).
How long does it take for my product to ship?
Most orders ship the same day Monday through Friday however our expected shipping times are 2 business days (unless stated otherwise on the product page).
After that it is up to the shipping courier (see estimated shipping times below).
What are the estimated shipping times?
2-5 days for Express Domestic
5-12 days for Standard Domestic

DHL Express is 2-3 days for neighboring countries and up to 20 days for countries with long distances.
